Culinary Dreams Come to Life!
In March 2021, Chef Franchesca Ñeco made a long-awaited decision that had been on her mind for years. That decision was to have her own space to offer her culinary creations to the public. This led to the birth of the Néctar Food Truck. The food truck quickly gained popularity for its quality and customer service, offering a wide range of gastronomic delights.

In August 2022, a new and exciting opportunity arose for the chef. She could return to where she had worked for many years, but this time to establish her restaurant. Néctar Restaurant was born in the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Rio Grande from this opportunity. The Néctar team has expanded its culinary offerings and customer service in these new facilities. While their menu is diverse, the main focus remains on providing visitors with an authentic and refreshing Puerto Rican culinary experience.
